Terms of Use

By using Pryzm, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Using the studio

Pryzmis provided as-is for you to design with. You’re responsible for the content you create and for any images you bring into the tool (make sure you have the rights to use them).

What you make is yours

Backgrounds, images, and video loops you export from Pryzm are yours to use in personal and commercial projects like websites, templates, decks, social, and client work. You may not resell or redistribute them as standalone stock assets.

Code exports(embeddable background components) are covered by the same terms: use them on your own and your clients’ sites, and in templates or products you sell. You may not sell the exported code on its own as a product, or use it to build a competing background generator.

Accounts

You can create a free Pryzmaccount to save your looks and manage a subscription. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Pryzm Pro

Pryzm Pro is a subscription that removes the video watermark and unlocks higher-resolution HD, Full HD, 2K, and 4K output, longer loops, and higher frame rates. It is billed through our merchant of record, Polar, whose terms apply to the transaction. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

If Pryzm Prodoesn’t work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you, no hassle.

No warranty

Pryzmis provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any damages arising from its use. We may update the tool and these terms over time.
